Welcome to Baby Studio. These terms apply whenever you browse babystudiopk.com or place an order with us. They're written in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, message us and we'll explain. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies.

1. Who we are

Baby Studio is a Karachi-based online store for educational toys and baby accessories, delivering across Pakistan. You can reach us anytime at info@babystudiopk.com or on WhatsApp via the contact details in the footer of every page.

2. Placing an order

Orders must be placed by an adult (18 or over). Our toys are for little ones — the buying is for grown-ups.
You confirm that the name, phone number and delivery address you provide are accurate. For Cash on Delivery orders our team calls or messages you on WhatsApp, usually the same day, to confirm before dispatch.
Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we confirm and dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example when an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, we can't reach you to confirm, or we suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are shown clearly in your cart and at checkout before you place the order.
We accept Cash on Delivery, Credit/Debit Card, JazzCash and Bank Transfer. With Cash on Delivery you pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives; every other method is paid before we dispatch. Bank transfer has one agreed exception: if you ask us and we agree, we can send your parcel with part of the amount paid. The balance is then either collected when the parcel reaches you, or transferred by you afterwards — whichever we agree. Your order page always shows which of the two applies and exactly how much is left. The methods on offer can change — what you are shown at checkout is what we accept for that order.
Prices, products and offers can change at any time, but changes never affect an order we have already confirmed. If we discover an obvious pricing error on an order, we'll contact you to either re-confirm at the correct price or cancel with no obligation.

4. Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through courier partners. Current delivery charges, the free-delivery threshold and expected timelines are on our Shipping page and at checkout.
Delivery estimates are given in good faith but aren't guaranteed — courier delays, weather and public holidays can add time. We'll keep you updated by email and WhatsApp.
Please make sure someone is available to receive a parcel, and to pay for it where money is due on delivery — a COD order, or a bank transfer we have agreed the rider will part-collect. Your order page says whether anything is due at the door. Repeatedly refused or unclaimed parcels may mean we ask for advance payment on future orders.

5. Changing or cancelling an order

You can change or cancel an order free of charge any time before it ships — just message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Once the parcel has been dispatched, the returns process applies instead.

6. Returns and refunds

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery — after which neither a return nor a replacement is available — and refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the return. Something faulty, damaged in transit, wrong or incomplete may be returned opened, with its original packaging, and is replaced at no delivery charge or refunded at the price paid for it; the delivery charge is refunded when the whole order is returned. A change of mind needs the item unopened and sealed and refunds the price of the items. The full details, including what isn't eligible, are on our Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

7. Products and safety

Every product page shows a recommended age range, safety features and any choking-hazard warning. Please follow them — items with small parts are not suitable for children under 3, and young children should always play under adult supervision.
We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can, but minor variations in colour, packaging or printing can occur between batches and screens.
Information on the site (like learning outcomes or age guidance) is general guidance for parents, not professional advice on child development or safety.

8. Promo codes and offers

Promo codes need a signed-in account to redeem, are usually limited to one use per customer, can't be combined with other codes unless we say so, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Codes obtained or used through misuse may be cancelled.

9. Your account

An account is optional — you can order as a guest. If you create one, keep your sign-in details safe and make sure your information stays accurate; you're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively.

10. Fair use of the site

Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, place fraudulent orders, attempt to interfere with how it works, or copy our content. Everything on this site — text, photos, videos and the Baby Studio name and logo — belongs to us and is for your personal, non-commercial use.

11. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Pakistani consumer-protection law. Beyond those rights, and to the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't responsible for indirect losses. We are, of course, always responsible for putting right anything that's our fault — wrong item, damaged in transit, and so on — as described on the Returns page.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time — the latest version always lives on this page and applies from the moment it's posted. Orders already confirmed stay under the terms they were placed with.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi. That said — talk to us first. Almost everything can be sorted out with a WhatsApp message.
