We usually hand your order to the courier within 1–2 business days of confirming it. Once it's on its way you can follow it on our Track page or your order page — with the courier's tracking number when available.

If you're in Karachi you can pick your order up from us instead, and there's no delivery charge at all — choose I'll collect it myself at checkout. We'll confirm your order as usual, pack it, and tell you when it's ready.

Pay when you collect, or pay online at checkout — whichever suits you. If it's unpaid and not collected within 7 days, we cancel it and the items go back on sale — you can always order again. If you've already paid anything towards it, we won't cancel it on our own — we'll get in touch and sort it out with you.
