How do I choose the right toy for my child's age?+
Every toy shows a recommended age badge (like "1–3 yr") on its card and product page, and you can filter the whole shop by age group from the Shop by Age menu. The ranges reflect both safety and how much your child will actually enjoy the toy at that stage.
Are your toys safe and non-toxic?+
Yes — safety is why Baby Studio exists. Each product page lists its safety features (non-toxic, BPA-free, lead-free paint, washable and more) and the materials it's made from, so you can check before you buy.
What does the choking-hazard warning mean?+
Some toys contain small parts. Any such product carries a clear warning on its page: it is not suitable for children under 3 years, who explore things with their mouths. Check each product page for the warning before buying for under-3s.
How does Cash on Delivery work?

Place your order online and choose Cash on Delivery — we'll call you the same day to confirm, and you pay in cash when the parcel arrives at your door. No advance payment needed.
How long does delivery take?+
Orders arrive in 2–4 business days anywhere in Pakistan. You'll see your expected delivery dates at checkout, and we email you as soon as your parcel ships — with tracking details when available.
How much does shipping cost?+
Flat Rs. 250 across Pakistan — and free on orders over Rs. 5,000.
Can I return or exchange a toy?+

Can I add a gift message?+
Greeting cards and customized gifts let you type a personal message at checkout — we print or write it exactly as you wrote it. Gift boxes can carry a message too.
Do you take bulk or school orders?+

How do I track my order?+
We email you as soon as your order ships, including the courier's tracking details when available. If you have an account, every order's live status is under Account → Orders.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Cash on Delivery — you pay in cash when your order arrives at your door.
How do I clean and care for the toys?+
Check the Care line on each product page — most wooden toys just need a wipe with a damp cloth, while many plush and silicone items are fully washable.
